How Service Requests Work

This page documents exactly what happens between your call or form and a delivered unit — including the parts this website does not control.

Step 1 — You describe the job

By phone at (256) 400-2111 or through the request form. The useful details: the exact delivery address, drop-off and pickup dates, headcount, the equipment you think you need (“not sure” is fine), and anything unusual about access — gates, soft ground, a long carry from the street.

Step 2 — The request is organized and shared

This website records the request and, when a third-party provider is available and the request fits that provider’s territory, equipment, and schedule, shares it with that provider. This website may be compensated when a request is shared with a third-party provider. If no provider fits the request, there is nothing to share — this site does not pretend otherwise or queue your request indefinitely.

Step 3 — The provider confirms everything

Availability, pricing, delivery windows, service schedules, taxes and fees, and rental terms all come from the provider, who is the party actually performing the work. Your agreement is with the provider. This site sets none of those terms and guarantees none of them.

What happens to your information

• Request details are stored securely and used to route the request — see the privacy policy for specifics
• Details are shared with a provider only for the purpose of fulfilling the request
• Request information is never sold as a marketing list

Questions worth asking any provider

• What is included in the service visit, and how often is it?
• What are the delivery and pickup windows for my dates?
• Which taxes and fees will appear on the invoice?
• Which license covers the work? (Verify on the Alabama Onsite Wastewater Board’s public roster.)
