Servicing is part of the rental
A station is a water tank on a schedule: fresh water in, greywater out, soap and towels restocked. In Alabama, wastewater handling runs through the same regulated channel as unit pumping — servicing work is performed by the provider’s regulated operation, with greywater removed to approved disposal, not poured on site.
